Terms and Conditions
1. The personal information will only be used for contact purposes for this "Petopia - Pets in the City" Digital Illustration Competition.
2. Participants must ensure that the information on the application form is correct.
3. All entries must be submitted via the application form on this website before the deadline. Late submissions will not be accepted/processed.
4. Each Participant can submit at most one entry.
5. Entries must be produced electronically, and there is no restriction on drawing software or hardware. The output file must be in JPG format. Hand-drawn works scanned by electronic scanners will not be accepted.
6. Entries must be original and contain no AI-generated parts.
7. Entries cannot involve any IP characters or personalities. Entries must not contain any obscene, provocative, defamatory, pornographic, violent, racist or any other offensive content. If any inappropriate content is found, the organizer will disqualify the work from the competition.
8. The organizer and its agents have the right to use any photos and entries related to this competition for any legal purpose, including but not limited to publication, reproduction, publicity, exhibition and printing.
9. The result of the competition shall be finalized by the decision of the judging panel, and participants shall not have any objection.
10. The competition will select one Gold award, one Silver award, one Bronze award and three Merit awards, and the results will be announced on this website on May 26, 2025.
11. Winners must attend the award ceremony held at the Hong Kong Illustration and Creative show 9. Failure to attend to receive the prize will be deemed as forfeiting the prize, and the prize will be given to another participant.
12. Winners need to present their identity documents to the organizer to verify their identity.
13. Once participants submit the form, they fully agree to the above terms and conditions.
14. The organizer reserves the right to change the terms and conditions. In case of any disputes, the organizer reserves the right of final decision.
